Hampton Inn Wilkesboro, NC

 

This was really a special visit! I was there to participate in a spelling bee near Wilkesboro and we stayed at the Hampton Inn. Summer Combs, the general manager at the time had the banner shown at the upper right displayed in the lobby when I arrived. She took my picture and hung it on the Wall of Fame!

The second picture is me and my grandparents posing in front of my picture during a later visit to the hotel.

Since our last visit, the hotel has been completely renovated. The rest of the photos show how great the hotel looks after renovation.

It's really a wonderful hotel and definitely THE place to stay when visiting Wilkesboro, NC.
